(“Plaintiff”) must submit its request for documents located in China in 15 accordance with the procedures proscribed by the Hague Convention on the Taking of Evidence 16 Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters (“Hague Convention”). Plaintiff argues that Defendant 17 must provide documents pursuant to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and that the Hague 18 Convention does not apply here.1 19 The Court may regulate the conduct of discovery and require the use of the Hague 20 Convention procedures.
