13 Defendant DTBA, LLC moves to dismiss Plaintiff Scott Johnson’s Complaint for lack of 14 subject-matter jurisdiction pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1). Having 15 considered the Parties’ papers, the Court agrees and GRANTS Defendants’ motion to dismiss for 16 lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. 17 I. BACKGROUND 18 A.
