Defendant DTBA, LLC moves to dismiss Plaintiff Scott Johnson’s Complaint for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1). Having considered the Parties’ papers, the Court agrees and GRANTS Defendants’ motion to dismiss for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. I. BACKGROUND A.
