13 Sprint Spectrum Realty Company, LLC (“Sprint”) sues William F. Hartkopf, Jr. seeking 14 declaratory judgment and other relief for breach of contract and breach of good faith and fair 15 dealing arising out of a lease of real property owned by Mr. Hartkopf. (Dkt. No. 1.)1 Mr. 16 Hartkopf brings counterclaims against Sprint seeking declaratory judgment and other relief for 17 breach of contract, breach of good faith and fair dealing, unjust enrichment, and concealment. 18 (Dkt.
