12 On February 1, 2018, Plaintiff Gerald Len Cooley filed this action alleging that his civil rights were violated in connection with an investigation for murder in which he was a suspected accessory. On October 7, 2019, Plaintiff filed a motion for sanctions for spoliation of evidence and requested that the Court enter default judgment against current Defendants Greg Leonard and William Jeha.
