This motion is scheduled for hearing on November 26, 2019. Pursuant to Civil 17 Local Rule 7-1(b), the Court finds this matter appropriate for resolution without oral argument and 18 hereby VACATES the hearing. Having considered the papers submitted and for good cause shown, 19 defendant’s motion is DENIED. Additionally, the Court GRANTS defendant’s request and 20 supplemental request for judicial notice in their entirety. 21 22 BACKGROUND 23 Plaintiff Brian F. Rogers is no stranger to litigation.
