Now pending is Plaintiffs’ Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Reimbursement of Expenses (“Fees Mot. III”) (dkt. 1307) filed in connection with its third and final settlement. The Court issues this Order to explain its rulings on the amount of fees it shall award and to request additional information from Plaintiffs’ counsel prior to the award of expenses. I. BACKGROUND On May 29, 2019, the Court granted preliminary approval of a third and final settlement between Plaintiffs and ANA, the last remaining defendant in this twelve-year litigation.
