13 INTRODUCTION Plaintiff, an inmate at the California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility (“SATF”) proceeding pro se, filed this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff’s amended complaint (Dkt. No. 24) is now before the Court for screening pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(a).
