Nos. 44, 45 Defendant. 12 Pending before the Court is Defendant Costco Wholesale Corporation’s Motion to Exclude Plaintiff Rania Canavati’s Expert Witness James B. Reynolds, M.D. See Dkt. No. 44. The Court finds this matter appropriate for disposition without oral argument and the matter is deemed submitted. See Civil L.R. 7-1(b). For the reasons detailed below, the Court GRANTS the motion. I. BACKGROUND On June 11, 2019, the Court issued a scheduling order setting the expert disclosure deadline as August 2, 2019, and the deadline for expert discovery and depositions as August 19, 2019.
