13 In this patent infringement action, defendant SonicWall, Inc. (“SonicWall”) moves to strike plaintiff Finjan, Inc.’s (“Finjan”) second supplemental infringement contentions. Dkt. No. 164. The motion was referred to the undersigned judge. Dkt. No. 75. The Court heard oral argument on the matter on October 29, 2019 and gave the parties an opportunity to file supplemental material on October 30, 2019. Dkt. Nos. 177, 179. Having considered the parties’ submissions and arguments made at the hearing, the Court grants in part and denies in part SonicWall’s motion to strike.
