13 The parties have filed a notice advising that they have agreed to settle this matter, subject to approval of plaintiffs’ anticipated petition for minor’s compromise. Dkt. No. 32. Based on that notice, the Court orders as follows: Plaintiffs shall file their petition for minor’s compromise by January 21, 2020. The Initial Case Management Conference is continued to March 31, 2020, 1:30 p.m. The parties’ Joint Case Management Statement is due by March 24, 2020. All other related deadlines set in the Court’s Order Setting Initial Case Management Conference and ADR Deadlines (Dkt. No. 7) are adjusted accordingly.
