On July 3, 2019, after the parties filed a Third Amended Settlement (“Settlement Agreement”) and Third Amended Class Notice, the Court granted preliminary approval of the parties’ Joint Motion for Class Action Settlement and Release. ECF No. 162 (“July 3, 2019 Preliminary Approval Order”); see also ECF Nos. 159-1, 159-2.
