13 14 Plaintiff Violeta Grigorescu (“Ms. Grigorescu”) filed her third amended complaint (“TAC”) against Eugene Whitlock (“Mr. Whitlock”), the former Vice Chancellor of Human Resources (“VCHR”) at the San Mateo County Community College District (the “District”).
