13 On February 13, 2020, the Court heard argument on the parties’ proposed claim constructions. Having considered the arguments and the papers submitted, the Court construes the disputed terms as follows. 17 BACKGROUND Plaintiff Microchip Technology Inc. (“Microchip”) filed this patent infringement action against defendants Nuvoton Technology Corporation and Nuvoton Technology Corporation America (“Nuvoton”) on October 10, 2018 in the District of Delaware. See Dkt. No. 1 (Complaint).
