14 15 On April 3, 2019, Plaintiffs filed the instant case against Defendant RMT Landscape 16 Contractors, Inc., alleging that Defendant failed to pay contributions for hours worked by its 17 employees, as required by the Bargaining and Trust Agreements and the Employee Retirement 18 Income Security Act (“ERISA”).
