Miguel Padilla (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration’s (“Defendant”) administrative decision denying Plaintiff’s application for disability benefits. Both parties move for summary judgment or, in the alternative, for a remand for further administrative proceedings.
