Docket Nos. 70, 72, 90 12 13 Plaintiffs1 filed their third amended complaint against State Farm General Insurance Company (“State Farm”) and three affiliated software companies—Verisk Analytics, Inc.; Insurance Services Office, Inc.; and Xactware Solutions, Inc. (collectively, the “Verisk Defendants”). Plaintiffs’ theory of the case remains unchanged from its earlier complaints. The TAC alleges that Plaintiffs and others similarly situated who purchased homeowners insurance policies from State Farm were injured by inadequate insurance coverage after their homes were destroyed by wildfires.
