This matter comes before the Court on the Report and Recommendation of the Honorable Jacqueline Scott Corley that Plaintiff’s motion for default judgment be granted in part. Order of Reassignment and Report and Recommendation (“Judge Corley Order”), Dkt. 45. Plaintiff has filed an objection to the Report and Recommendation.
