12 On December 9, 2019, Plaintiff Robert Evans, representing himself, filed a complaint against Defendant Presidio Trust for trade secret misappropriation in violation of the Defense of Trade Secrets Act (“DTSA”), 18 U.S.C. § 1836, and the California Uniform Trade Secrets Act (“CUTSA”), California Civil Code § 3426. See Dkt. No. 1. That same day, Plaintiff filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. See Dkt. No. 3. On December 23, 2019, the Court denied the motion, but granted Plaintiff the opportunity to amend the complaint to cure the deficiencies that the Court identified. See Dkt. No. 9.
