No. 26 15 BERND LIENHARD, et al., 16 Defendants. 17 18 Defendants Bernd Lienhard and Silicon Space Technology Corporation (collectively, 19 “Defendants”) bring a motion to transfer venue pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). ECF No. 26. 20 Having considered the submissions of the parties, the relevant law, and the record in this case, the 21 Court DENIES Defendants’ motion. 22 I. BACKGROUND 23 Plaintiff at all relevant times was a resident of Santa Clara County in California. ECF No. 24 1-1 (“Compl.”) ¶ 1. Defendant Vorago is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of 25 business in Texas. Id. ¶ 2. Defendant Lienhard is the Chief Executive Officer of Vorago and is a 26 resident of Texas.
