13 Plaintiff seeks judicial review of an administrative law judge (“ALJ”) decision denying her applications for social security disability benefits under Title II and Title XVI of the Social Security Act. On July 10, 2014, Plaintiff filed her applications for disability benefits alleging an onset date of May 21, 2013. See Administrative Record1 (“AR”) at 1089. The ALJ denied the applications on July 21, 2017. Id. at 1099. Plaintiff’s request for review of the ALJ’s unfavorable decision was denied by the Appeals Council on June 19, 2018 (id. at 21), and thus, the ALJ’s decision became the “final decision” of the Commissioner of Social Security which this court may review.
