Plaintiffs Five Star Gourmet Foods, Inc. 16 (“Five Star”) and Direct Pack, Inc. (“Direct Pack”) appeared through their counsel, Chris 17 Arledge. Defendant appeared through its counsel, Jeanne Gills.
