No. 14 14 Defendants. 15 16 Plaintiffs Nariman Naghibolashrafi and Bahareh Hosseini seek mandamus, declaratory, and injunctive relief, alleging that defendants United States Department of State, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and officers in charge of those departments have improperly delayed Hosseini’s visa application. See Dkt. No. 1. Before the Court is Defendants’ motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’ complaint. See Dkt. No. 14. Because the delay is not yet unreasonable, the Court GRANTS Defendants’ motion to dismiss. I.
