13 14 15 Plaintiffs (collectively, “UCL”) have sued Defendants (collectively, “SIMO”) for patent 16 infringement. The only patent at issue is UCL’s ‘780 patent. The Court held a Markman hearing 17 on March 10, 2020. This order memorializes the Court’s claim construction on the disputed 18 terms. 19 I.
