12 13 Defendant Andrew Saul is the Acting Commissioner of the Social Security Administration 14 (“SSA”). The former Acting Commissioner, Nancy Berryhill, acting in her official capacity, 15 denied Plaintiff Ismail Y. Yacoobali’s application for disability insurance benefits (“DIB”). Dkt. 16 No. 1. Plaintiff seeks judicial review of that decision. 17 On May 24, 2019, Defendant lodged the administrative record with the Court. Dkt. No. 12 18 (“AR”).
