COMPANY,
15 Defendant. 16 17 INTRODUCTION 18 Plaintiffs Lawrence Lui and Goretti Lui suffered a serious water loss in January 2018 to their 19 home in Hillsborough, California, and they sued their insurer, State Farm, for breach of contract 20 and related claims arising from State Farm’s alleged delay of payments and failure to make 21 payments.1 State Farm has moved to stay the case because it is still processing the underlying 22 insurance claim.2 The court can decide the motion without oral argument. N.D. Cal. Civ. L. R. 7- 23 1(b). The court grants the motion and stays the case for 90 days. 24 25
