13 14 Plaintiff seeks judicial review of an administrative law judge (“ALJ”) decision denying her 15 application for disability insurance benefits under Title II. On February 2, 2016, Plaintiff filed her 16 application for disability insurance benefits alleging an onset date of January 1, 2015. See 17 Administrative Record1 (“AR”) at 574-76. The ALJ denied the application on August 15, 2017. Id. 18 at 13-32. Plaintiff’s request for review was denied by the Appeals Council on September 29, 2017 19 (id. at 1-7), and thus, the ALJ’s decision is the “final decision” of the Commissioner of Social 20 Security which this court may review. See 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g), 1383(c)(3). Both parties have 21 consented to the jurisdiction of a magistrate judge (dkts.…
