(“RDC”) (collectively, the 20 “Defendants”) seeking, among other things, declaratory relief that ACE, and not RLI, owes a duty 21 to defend and indemnify RDC in an underlying California state court lawsuit brought against RDC 22 in 2019 (the “2019 Underlying Action”). See ECF No. 1 (“Compl.”).
