13 Before the court is plaintiff Debra Volle’s (“plaintiff”) motion for relief from judgment. Dkt. 40. Defendant Sherwin Petroleum, Inc. (“Sherwin Petroleum” or “defendant”) has not appeared in this action. The matter is fully briefed and suitable for decision without oral argument. Having read plaintiff’s papers and carefully considered her arguments and the relevant legal authority, and good cause appearing, the court hereby rules as follows. On January 30, 2019, plaintiff filed a complaint against Sherwin Petroleum alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. (“ADA”) and the Unruh Act, Cal. Civ.
