12 Plaintiff Trina Travillian moves for summary judgment to reverse the Commissioner of the 13 Social Security Administration’s (the “Commissioner’s”) final administrative decision, which found 14 Travillian not disabled and therefore denied her application for benefits under Titles II and XVI of 15 the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 401 et seq. The Commissioner cross-moves to affirm. 16 For the reasons stated below, the court denies Travillian’s motion for summary judgment 17 and grants the Commissioner’s cross motion. 18 I.
