13 The Court held a pretrial conference in this matter on February 26, 2020. Dkt. No. 115. This order resolves the parties’ motions in limine and plaintiffs’ conditional motion to bifurcate liability and damages (Dkt. Nos. 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 81). The Court will issue separate orders regarding the parties’ proposed jury instructions (Dkt. No. 94) and other matters discussed during the pretrial conference. I.
