13 Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), plaintiff Juanita Baladad (“plaintiff”) seeks judicial 14 review of the Commissioner of Social Security’s (“defendant”) final decision denying her 15 claims for disability benefits. This action is before the court on the parties’ motions for 16 summary judgment. Having considered the parties’ motions, the pertinent legal 17 authorities, and having reviewed the administrative record, the court hereby REMANDS 18 this action to defendant’s assigned administrative law judge for further proceedings in 19 accordance with this order. 20 BACKGROUND 21 A.
