17 18 Plaintiff, a state prisoner at the California Correctional Institute (“CCI”) in 19 Tehachapi, filed the instant pro se civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against 20 medical personnel at the San Mateo County Jail (“SMCJ”), where he was previously 21 incarcerated.1 The Court dismissed the complaint with leave to amend for Plaintiff to 22 correct deficiencies.
