12 13 Pending before the Court is the unopposed motion for preliminary approval of class action 14 settlement filed by Plaintiffs Alex Ang and Lynn Streit. Dkt. No. 217. The parties have reached a 15 settlement regarding Plaintiffs’ claims and now seek the required court approval. The Court held a 16 hearing on the motion on February 13, 2020. See Dkt. No. 221. For the reasons detailed below, 17 the Court DENIES Plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary approval of class action settlement. 18 I. BACKGROUND 19 A.
