15 INTRODUCTION 16 In this patent infringement case, plaintiff moves for a default judgment, attorney’s fees, 17 and litigation costs. For the following reasons, this order adopts the magistrate judge’s 18 recommendation that the motion be granted. 19 STATEMENT 20 Plaintiff Technical LED Intellectual Property, LLC sued defendant Aeon Labs LLC for 21 patent infringement. Despite proper service of the summons and complaint and plaintiff’s 22 motions for entry of default and for default judgment, defendant never responded.
