17 Now before the Court is the motion to intervene brought by certain prisoners1 with Valley Fever. ECF No. 3229/6542. The Court invited Plaintiffs and Defendants to submit responses to the motion by 12:00 noon on April 1, 2020. ECF No. 3247/6556 at 1–2. No response was received.
