13 On December 6, 2019, Plaintiff the United States of America (“Plaintiff” or “United 14 States”) filed a motion for default judgment. Dkt. No. 25. On February 7, 2020, the Court held a 15 hearing on the United States’ motion for default judgment. Dkt. No. 33. Subsequently, Defendant 16 Timberly E. Hughes (“Defendant”) filed a request for leave to answer out of time, which the Court 17 construed as a motion to set aside entry of default. Dkt. Nos. 34, 35.
