12 I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff M.G. brings a Motion to Compel Further Responses from Bodum USA, Inc. re Requests For Production of Documents, Set One (“Motion”). In the Motion, Plaintiff asks the Court to compel Defendant Bodum USA, Inc. (“Bodum USA”) to provide additional documents and information from parent company Bodum Holding AG (“Bodum AG”), based in Switzerland, and a subsidiary of Bodum AG, Bodum (Portuguesa) S.A. (“Bodum Portuguesa”), based in Portugal. The Court finds that the Motion is suitable for determination without oral argument pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-1(b).
