13 14 Before the court is defendants San Francisco Community College District 15 (“CCSF”) and Chancellor Mark William Rocha’s (“Rocha” and together with CCSF, 16 “defendants”) motion to dismiss. The matter is fully briefed and suitable for resolution 17 without oral argument.
