14 15 Plaintiff Scott Johnson brought this action against Defendants Pacific Motor Inn, LLC, La 16 Luna Associates, LLC, and DOES 1-10, alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act 17 (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12131, and the Unruh Civil Rights Act (“Unruh Act”), California Civil 18 Code §§ 51-53. In October 2019, the parties reached a partial settlement agreement on all issues 19 except attorney’s fees which the parties agreed to resolve by a motion. Plaintiff thereafter filed the 20 now pending motion for attorneys’ fees.1 (Dkt. No. 24.) After careful consideration of the parties’ 21 briefing, the Court GRANTS IN PART Plaintiff’s motion for attorneys’ fees awarding a total of 22 $7,837.50 in fees and costs. 23 …
