Plaintiffs has filed two motions: (1) a motion for an order clarifying the 16 scope of their FOIA request; and (2) a motion for an order to show cause regarding the VA’s 17 failure to comply with the December 4, 2019 order directed to the VA’s initial production of 18 documents.
