13 Before the court is plaintiff Ernest Melo’s (“plaintiff”) motion for relief from Rule 41 voluntary dismissal. The matter is fully briefed and suitable for decision without oral argument. Having read the parties’ papers and carefully considered their arguments and the relevant legal authority, and good cause appearing, the court hereby DENIES plaintiff’s motion for the following reasons. BACKGROUND On August 22, 2019, plaintiff filed a class action complaint (“Compl.”) against defendants Zumper, Inc. (“Zumper”) and Trade House Data (“Trade House” and, together with Zumper, “defendants”) in the District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Dkt. 1.
