12 13 Plaintiff Michael Gammage brings this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and state 14 law claiming that he suffered constitutional violations committed by the City and County of San 15 Francisco (“CCSF”) and San Francisco Police Department (“SFPD”) Officers Matthew Mroz and 16 Daniel Espinoza (collectively, “Defendants”) in connection with his traffic stop and arrest on 17 October 1, 2017. Defendants now move for summary judgment. ECF No. 25. Defendants also 18 seek an order sealing videos of the traffic stop and arrest submitted in support of their motion for 19 summary judgement.
