INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Ruben A. seeks judicial review of the Commissioner’s final decision denying his application for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act. He moves for summary judgment or, in the alternative, remand for further administrative proceedings.
