12 13 Plaintiff is a former player in the National Football League. He challenges the decision of 14 the Retirement Board of the Bert Bell/Pete Rozelle NFL Player Retirement Plan (the “Plan”) to 15 deny him total and permanent disability benefits under the Plan and the Employee Retirement 16 Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”). Now pending before the Court is a joint discovery 17 dispute letter regarding Plaintiff’s demand that the Plan produce certain documents. (Dkt. No. 18 31.) The letter is a follow-up to a previous letter (Dkt. No. 23) and hearing the Court held in 19 February 2020. (Dkt. No. 27.) Plaintiff seeks:
