12 13 Defendants Borrelli Walsh Pte. Ltd. (“Borrelli Walsh”), Cosimo Borrelli, and Jason 14 Kardachi (collectively, the “Borrelli Defendants”) filed a motion to dismiss for lack of personal 15 jurisdiction and for failure to state a claim, Dkt. No. 27, and a motion to dismiss based on forum 16 non conveniens. Dkt. No. 31. Defendant Standard Chartered Bank (“SCB”) also filed a motion to 17 dismiss on the same grounds, and have joined in the Borrelli Defendants’ motions. Dkt. No. 36. 18 The Court held a hearing on the motions on January 23, 2020. Dkt. No. 54. For the reasons set forth below, the Court GRANTS WITHOUT LEAVE TO AMEND the motions to dismiss. 19 20 I.
