13 14 Before the court is plaintiffs WhatsApp Inc. and Facebook, Inc.’s (“plaintiffs”) 15 motion to file under seal. Plaintiffs seek leave to file several documents under seal 16 including their underlying motion to disqualify, declarations relating to that motion, a 17 request for judicial notice, and even the proposed order and proof of service. See Dkt. 47 18 to Dkt. 47-15. 19 The basis for plaintiffs’ motion to file under seal is Civil Local Rule 79-5(e). Dkt. 47 20 at 1. Rule 79-5(e) provides:
