13 Kasra Eliasieh brings this state law putative class action against Legally Mine, LLC arising from Plaintiff’s purchase of an asset protection plan. (Dkt. No. 1.) In April 2019, the Court granted Defendant’s motion to compel arbitration and dismissed the action without prejudice. (Dkt. No. 66.)
