13 Before the Court is Defendant Apple Inc.’s motion to dismiss this action for lack of standing. For the reasons set forth below, the Court will order Plaintiff Zeroclick, LLC, to show cause why this action should not be dismissed for lack of standing and lack of subject matter jurisdiction. I. BACKGROUND AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY Plaintiff Zeroclick, LLC (“Zeroclick I”), alleges that Apple’s products infringe certain claims of two of its patents (“patents-in-suit”): (1) claims 2 and 52 of United States Patent Number 7,818,691 (“’691 patent”); and (2) claim 19 of United States Patent Number 8,549,443 (“’443 patent”).
