13 14 Before the Court is Defendant Apple Inc.’s motion to dismiss this action for lack of 15 standing. For the reasons set forth below, the Court will order Plaintiff Zeroclick, LLC, to show 16 cause why this action should not be dismissed for lack of standing and lack of subject matter 17 jurisdiction. 18 I. BACKGROUND AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY 19 Plaintiff Zeroclick, LLC (“Zeroclick I”), alleges that Apple’s products infringe certain 20 claims of two of its patents (“patents-in-suit”): (1) claims 2 and 52 of United States Patent Number 21 7,818,691 (“’691 patent”); and (2) claim 19 of United States Patent Number 8,549,443 (“’443 22 patent”).
