(collectively, “HTC”) 3 (collectively, the “Parties”) jointly moved the Court to request that the Court take all pending 4 Summary Judgment and Daubert motions solely as between Philips and HTC off calendar for the 5 scheduled December 20, 2019 Hearing, in order to allow for completion of a formal settlement 6 agreement between the Parties.
