13 14 Now pending before the court is Petitioner’s Motion (dkt. 13), filed April 6, 2020, for a 15 temporary restraining order, by which he seeks an order releasing him from immigration detention 16 at the Yuba County Jail. Respondents have filed a Response (dkt. 18) expressing their opposition, 17 and Petitioner has filed a Reply (dkt. 19). Further, in addition to a jointly-filed Statement of 18 Recent Decision (dkt. 28), both Petitioner and Respondents have filed supplemental declarations 19 (see dkts. 19-1, 23-1, 26-1, 29-1) as well as filing objections to the opposing party’s supplemental 20 filings (see dkts. 22, 24, 29-2).
